I am not an artist, I am not a singer, I am not a dancer, I am not superman, I may be smart yet I am no Einstein. I might even play soccer yet I have never played in front of 50 thousand people before. Even though I am a 9th grader. l have graduated from BMS. I am also in honors English. Yet I am not a speller or even a writer. I am not mean yet some of my fellow peers might say different. I believe I am nice and helpful. But most of all, I am a kid at school just like you and I know what you have gone though in school. I might even know what you are going to have to do in the future, so if you are reading this know I have been there and back.

Sports are a big part of my life right now. I was so involved this summer that I was playing soccer for three teams, working on my tennis, and running for cross country try outs. With all these sports happening it was difficult keeping up with my friends. That's where face book came to the rescue. Well come on who does not love face book but that is a whole other story. I love sports but they take up most of the day. And yet I love getting up and having fun. Sports to me is the best thing in the world but I know that academic has to come first.

Friends, who can live without them? I do not know what I would do if I had no friends to talk to hang out or tell them things that are up in school and in my life. There are many ways to meet and talk with friends. There are phones, computer face book, and hey even school. For a long while that was how I stayed in touch with my friends When face book came a long it created a very easy way to keep in touch with friends from my house and even from my room while still do home work. So even though you might want to blow off school and hang with friends, now with face book and texting know you can keep in touch and still get all your homework done on time.

Hello my name is Dee L and as I stated before I am a 9th grader. As most kids, I have dreams and hope for high school and even for the future. But to get there we have to go though years and years of school. I have many dreams for the future yet I will only tell a few to you. For example, I would like to have car and go to a famous four year college. I also am looking forward to joining the Navy or becoming a biologist.

My overriding dream for school is to get and maintain a 4.0 or higher (I have honors classes). This has been my focus though out school. In my last year in middle school I received a 4.0 for the entire year. My advice to you is even though school might be boring and you think your teachers are out to get you (by the way I think there are some who are) what you learn or even hear will prepare you for the real world and that is what I believe school is there for. It is to teach and prepare kids like you and me for the real world that waits for us
